"This Is The Place"

Dodging boredom on a hot July day, Ash, Jen and I decided to take the kids somewhere they had never been before. It was a free day at "This Is The Place" Monument. We packed up all 8 kiddos, strollers and lunch, and headed to Salt Lake. We had a blast! The kids loved the trolley ride, arts bowery, animals, seeing "really old houses," playing pioneer games, washing clothes, getting ice cream and popcicles, playing in miniature houses, donut on a string game, and just hanging out with cousins. Despite craziness with each kid at some point in the day, we were so glad that we ventured!
