And a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!

Ready-or-not this Christmas came and we were still in a remodeling mess! We have been so busy with holiday parties and events and somehow that has kept us sane through the unfinished house! Honestly, when we count our blessings (and remember how healthy we have been) we always come out on top of the chaos. This Christmas was actually really fun in our new home. The tree made everyone happy, including mom, as we looked past piles of tools and materials. The kids loved setting out cookies, milk and carrots by the fireplace and then coming into our room, Christmas morning to go downstairs together. Tyce and Paden were thrilled about finally getting snowboards and more Leapster games, as well as Harry Potter Legos and a surprise Wii. Kayla was in her own world with her new doll, she named Emily, high chair, and tea set. And what more could mom and dad ask for than all new appliances! With the WHOLE clan over for Christmas morning breakfast, we were happy to see that the kitchen now fits all of us! We are so blessed and love this time of year. Our thoughts are turned to our Savior and his endless love and sacrifice so that we may continue this throughout eternity!
