Paden's school had a family skate night at the Fun Center. Things were a little crazy that night, so we couldn't all make it. (Good thing though - teaching one kid to skate is HARD enough.) It was so fun to have a special date with just Paden, and let's face it, eating pizza and playing ski ball can be fun for moms too.

I need to do one on one special dates with my kids. I think you learn a lot from them if it's just the two of you. It looks like you had a lot of fun.

That is so great! I think it is so important to have one on one time with each of your kids. He's to the age that he will remember stuff like that.
I just read your comment on my blog. Ive been so behind lately, its like pregnancy made me lazy or something!!
Anyway, I have been thinking about you guys too. I know we say we should get together, but darn it we have to make more of an effort!!
